Mirror is a copy-trading software tool being developed by Sonar Social Inc. ("Mirror," "we"). The information on this website and, when it launches, in the Mirror app is provided for informational purposes only. Mirror is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, fund, or fiduciary, and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other financial regulator.
This website sells presale memberships for software access. It does not offer, sell, or solicit the purchase of any security or other financial instrument.

Nothing on this website or in the Mirror app is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. Portfolios, strategies, and trades shown on this site are illustrative. If and when you use Mirror, every trading decision is yours: which portfolios to follow, how much to allocate, what limits to set, and when to stop.
03Investment risks
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Copy trading does not reduce or eliminate that risk. You can lose money, and you may lose more than you expect in fast-moving markets. Only trade risk capital you can afford to lose without impacting your financial stability.
Past performance of any trader is not a guarantee of future results. A good track record says nothing certain about the next trade.
04Copy-trading limitations
Strategies on Mirror that track public figures are built from public filings and public statements, such as congressional trading disclosures and quarterly 13F filings. Those disclosures are delayed by law and by design: members of Congress have up to 45 days to file under the STOCK Act, and 13Fs are published quarterly. Mirror places copies when a filing becomes public, which is after the underlying trade happened. A filing is a record of the past, not a live feed.
The public figures whose filings these strategies track are not involved with Mirror and do not endorse it. Company names and logos shown in product mockups identify the companies whose securities or services may appear in the product; they imply no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
05No guarantees
No representation is made that any portfolio, strategy, or feature shown on this website will be profitable or suitable for any particular person. Mirror is in development: features described here describe the product as designed and may change. Product data shown in mockups (balances, returns, trades, allocations) is illustrative, not real performance.

Copy trading may not be lawful or suitable in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
07Presale, not an investment
A founding or early-access membership is a presale purchase of software access. It is not an investment in a company, a security, a managed account, or a promise of financial returns. The purchase is governed by the Terms & Conditions, including the refund promises: a full refund if Mirror hasn't launched by December 31, 2026, a full refund if the founding round doesn't sell out by October 31, 2026, and a 14-day change-of-mind refund.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror, its affiliates, and employees disclaim liability for losses or damages arising from actions taken in reliance on the information on this website or in the app, including trading losses.
